Surprisingly, the wallpaper I made by jpegging a hideous maze looks pretty good at full size. Not so much sized down, though.

I feel the need to post mine, because isn't it nice having deep meaningful words attached to Japanese video game characters?

not tiling?

I think once I'm out of my c++/c# class I'm going to switch to arch on my desktop, I think (that, or when I get around to buying a 2nd ssd, since partitioning drives isn't worth my time)

Only reason I have desktop icons is that it's easier to use those to launch the playonlinux programs directly rather than launching them through the playonlinux interface, and I don't know how to add them to the start menu.

I don't think Inferno supports tiling.

Because it's interesting and easy to install. It's an entire operating system from the original creators of Unix that you can run as a userspace program in another operating system. Some of its platforms are Linux, OS X, Windows, FreeBSD, Plan 9, Internet Explorer and the Nintendo DS.

I'm kinda stuck on Ubuntu for my laptop since 1) EFI fuckery, 2) wifi driver fuckry, 3) trackpad fuckery, and 4) backlight fuckery that only ubuntu gets right

fortunately none of those are an issue on my desktop, so arch works nicely.
