Artifact

Valve's Dota 2 card game came out yesterday at Mixed Reviews and overpriced cards after all the controversy (Some cards are $20, the same as the game's price).

https://store.steampowered.com/app/583950/Artifact/

Honestly wether the game is enjoyable or not is up to you, I would've wanted something that isn't a card game, and apparently people think the game would be perfect if it wasn't for the way cards are handled (Pay for them).

At the time I posted this positive reviews were at 63%... now they're at 52%. Oh boy...

Also they already got a major update and as a TF2 fanatic... it hurts.

Positive reviews are now at 48% even though they're trying to fix the issues the game has.

All of this effort on a game with only less than 1,000 players concurrently and yet TF2 with tens of thousands of players constantly hasn’t gotten a major update in over a year

"Refunds: Once you've claimed your Starter Decks and Card Packs you will be ineligible for an automatic refund of Artifact via Steam. Before claiming your Starter Decks and Card Packs, you will be able to play games against bots and other players using pre-constructed decks."

It's like they know lol

Bad news: If you were hoping Valve would give their other IPs more love after Artifact failed, allow me to tell you that they're considering making Dota 2's AutoChess official.

However, AutoChess IS succesful, some people play it instead of Dota 2's vanilla gameplay.
