The apostrophe is incorrect, as it indicates that some letters have been removed and replaced by it (consider "cannot" → "can't": the N and the O in the middle are replaced by the apostrophe) — there's no X in "Christmas", so it's clearly not a case of removing letters.

As for the other two, they are both correct. I hardly see the need to abbreviate "Christmas", though.

Most people in my region shortens into "X'mas". Also many people seemed to mistake that Christmas is a day to celebrate for having their boyfriend/girlfriend. I'm not sure what happened these years.

I'm guessing "Jul" is the illegal word here... which means christmas in norwegian. It's a pretty short word.
