Can a person who's very unfamiliar with politics discuss political topics?

...Like me. Remember lots of similar threads I made before?

I was too unexperienced to make those threads. I, in fact, was good at letting you discuss; not good at join the discussion, I think.

How can you discuss a topic you're unfamiliar with? There's nothing specific about politics there; it applies to everything.
If you need to contact me for any reason, or if you have any questions, concerns, problems or requests, message me here or email me at aaaaaa123456789@acidch.at.

Interestingly enough, I tried using the same excuse to one of my lecturers when she asked me something specific about London's history. It didn't quite work.

No because you should at least have a basic knowledge of the subject if you want to discuss something.
Nothing like 20 hours of sleep to really work up an appetite.
