Do you care for old people in some public places?

To be honest I am not really sure if I really do or don't. Also what do I mean by "public places" in title? If you mean "in the train" then I don't think I do.
Also does this thread do something with what happens when you get old? Or about welfare for elderly?

PS. Today I happened to find a book saying welfare for elderly at the cafe, though I don't remember its title.
It said that welfare in Japan is seriously terrible.
What do you mean by "care", exactly?

(Also, welfare for the elderly in your country is terrible because you have an inverted populational pyramid and there's simply not enough resources to properly care for the absurdly high number of old people you have.)
