That's probably not legal. Most countries require their presidents to be natives of that country.

Hmm I see here to be an MP you have to be from The UK, Ireland or another commonwealth country
I don't see any extra requirements for being Prime Minister (apart from the Queen saying yes) so I'd assume it's the same
